I am always on the lookout about In-House all over the web, print and webinars. This article struck me as a good conversation piece. What do you think the challenges are, and the good/bad points are in working In-House?

Getting to know Melissa Schrenker!

The first interview for With-IN is coming soon! The interview is a short talk with Melissa Schrenker, an in-house designer at the Samuel Adams brewery in Boston! I met with Missy back in June while I was visiting for the HOW 2012 conference and did a tour of her in-house. We also talked about the differences between a small in-house department and a large. With-IN made the press!

Today is a HUGE day for With-IN, an online community for in-house creatives. The thesis is featured on the in-Howse design blog as one of the first “Lunches with…” series that Ed Roberts has curated. I can’t be more excited to get the press on the community and the goals for the thesis.
